TO HAVE A GOOD DAY,YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE TO:
1. EXERCISE
Exercise is a key element to managing my moods. It calms you and energizes you at the same time. Its rituals are comforting. It’s productive but not intellectually or socially demanding. Also, exercise is so obviously a key to good health that if you manage to exercise, you feel like you’re doing something worthwhile in you’re day, no matter what else happens.
2. DO SOMETHING NICE FOR SOMEONE ELSE
The first part of the Second Splendid Truth is “One of the best ways to make you happy is to make other people happy” (also known as the “Do good, feel good” provision).Make a good thing that will make your friend happy and at the same time you help her/him you are also happy to see someone happy because of you.
3. STOP RUMINATING
Your inclination was to go over and over the detail of the upsetting episode and to conduct imaginary arguments. Instead, you tried to keep you’re resolution to find an area of refuge. Studies show that dwelling on negative thoughts amplifies their power in your mind. In fact, some researchers suggest that a reason that more women suffer depression than men is that women are more likely to “over think,” while men are better at distracting themselves from negative thoughts.
4. CONNECT WITH SOMEONE IMPORTANT TO YOU
You need to call someone to keep you more comfortable.Call your friend or cousin or someone who is close to you that you know he/she will make you happy and feel encouraged and will not be depressed anymore.
5. TACKLE A NAGGING TASK
Crossing things off a to-do list is energizing and cheering. You took the time to clear you’re desk – not just physically removing piles of papers, but also doing the tasks that the papers represented. Copying research notes from various sources, making a dentist’s appointment, and making progress on you’re blog re-design gave you a feeling of control and accomplishment.
6.DO SOMETHING SILLY AND LIGHT-HEARTED WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
Go out with your friends. You could go to a mall or just do silly things to make you happy when you are having a bad day.
7.ACT THE WAY YOU WANT TO FEEL
Research shows that although we think that we act because of the way we feel, in fact, we often feel because of the way we act. You get worked up very easily, but you tried to act cheerful instead of allowing yourself to get agitated, wring my hands, etc.
8.GO TO SLEEP EARLY
It’s true, everything does look better in the morning. Also, the longer you work on you’re happiness project, the more importance you give to sleep. Getting enough sleep just makes a tremendous difference to happiness.

WOW! I'm a Star!
Sometimes, I admired those people who are in showbiz world, in short, celebrities. They are so beautiful, talented and expert in acting. They act their role passionately, with feelings and they are so affectionate.
Sometimes, I thought it is so easy to act like these and like that, but that's not what I imagine when I started acting for our project in "Movie Making" in TLE.It's because we have to memorize the lines and scripts,we have to master the role, and we have to act just like a true event. We have to communicate and cooperate with other members in the movie.Despite of misunderstanding in each other,we also have memories that is full of laughter's,like joking in each others and having a comedy scene that makes us to laugh more until it make our stomachs ache and hard to breathe. We always have a bonding in each other even though we have different attitudes.Days became weeks and AT LAST!!We finish our project just in time.Even though it is not as beautiful as the other members do,we all did our best.
Sometimes acting is just like portraying other people. It sometimes tell a story of a person. It is part of the real world and real life.Just like us,we experienced so much challenges and endeavors in our lives but still,we have passed it and we learned many lessons in life.We did our best in making the movie, but even though we are going to win or lose, for us,we all win.

MY AMBITION IN LIFE
"If you want your life to have impact, focus it", God said. We were made to have meaning in life. I was born in a city where the air is polluted. The people there are always on a great rush to cope with the day to day living. But what mostly caught my attention were those beggars on the sidewalks especially the streetchildren, where their dreams, hopes and wishes are not happened because of their sad plight.
My heart is filled with sadness, I pitied them. Can they still realize their dreams? I thank God that even though we're not rich but I'm not one of them. I'm thinking of myself since Grade 3. What I want to be when I grow up. I would like to be someone who can help my family despite of our situation nowadays. My mom always tells me that I should be a nurse someday. But my obssesions are about chemicals and to discovers more about the structure of the earth. I want to be a scientist! Am I insane? Oftentimes I laugh at myself. I dream also of becoming a physician to help people become happy and healthy; to awe their sickness and make their life stay longer.
So, I must study well first to make my dreams come true. I will study well to learn more about but there are times when I get bored and disgusted. My mom always reminds me that "while you are still alive, there is always hope". Those words are my weapons to face life's challenges.

MEET MY FAMILY
A family is the most precious treasure you'll ever have than any other golds and gems in the world. Which gives you love, tender and care. All of us has our own family. By the way, I'm Christine Hope L. Boncales and I want all of you to know and meet my family. Let's start with my parents. My father is Mr. Marino E. Boncales. He was born on November 7, 1963 at Tagbilaran, Bohol. In that place was where he graduated from preschool to college. After he graduated at college, he went to Cebu to apply for a job. In Cebu was where he met my mother and got married with her. And now, he was working as a construction worker at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My mother is Mrs. Euselyn L. Boncales, the daughter of Mr. Eusebio Amador Lozada and Mrs. Cresencia Tubal Lozada. She was born in July 20, 1956 at Cortes, Surigao del Sur. She spent her elementary days at Cagwait Central Elementary School at Cagwait, highschool days at Jacinto P. Elpa National High School at Tandag, and college days at San Carlos University at Cebu. She was working as an employee at Dutch Boy Incorporation at Manila. After many years, she was transferred at Cebu where she met my father and got married with him. But one day, she resigned in the company for the reason was no one was there to take care of me and my brother. And now, she was at Cagwait taking care of my brother.
In our family, we are only two siblings, me and my brother. I'm Christine Hope L. Boncales, a first year highschool student at Jacinto P. Elpa National High School. I'm 12 years old and was born in January 17, 1997 at Minglanilla, Cebu. I'm older than my brother. My brother is Julius Christian L. Boncales, a Grade 5 pupil at Cagwait Central Elementary School. He was born in July 2, 1998 at Minglanilla, Cebu also. By the way, our religion is Roman Catholic.
Now, that all of you know my family, I'm very happy. For despite of our situation because of financial crisis, I'm still very proud of them. They give me strength in every challenges we are going to face, inspires us to do our responsibilities, courage to let us become strong, communicate with us to know the problems and worries of each member of the family, and lastly, is love for an eternal power which no one can get or buy it with money. See, how God is good and powerful for he gave us the most wonderful treasure in the whole universe.
